This course provides the 75 hours of instruction required to be eligible for a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license. The course prepares learners for the Georgia state licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Georgia. Topics include license law, agency law, real property ownership, finance and closing, marketing regulations, property management, and real estate calculations.
This 25-hour course bridges the gap between pre-licensing and real-world practice. It helps new licensees apply legal knowledge to everyday real estate scenarios, building confidence and practical skills. Key topics include contracts, negotiations, disclosures, ethics, risk management, and more.
Note: Completion is required within the first year of licensure. Nine hours count toward CE; an additional 27 CE hours are needed to meet the full 36-hour CE requirement.
This 60-hour course is required for all Georgia broker license applicants. It prepares learners for the Georgia broker licensing exam, including practice with multiple-choice and simulation questions. Topics include real estate agency, contracts, freehold and leasehold, property management, finance, government regulations and private restrictions, land description and measurement, valuation, conveyance, calculations, ethics, and Georgia laws and rules.
